As a first step, you’ll need to answer a short survey to check your eligibility in the panel. If you’re accepted a Panel Member, you’ll tell us about all the purchases made in your household using our Mobile Scanning App.

You’ll use the app to scan the barcodes of ALL purchased products, as well as non-barcoded purchases, along with your shopping receipt. When no purchases are made, you must submit your activity as “no purchases” at the end of that week. Maintaining weekly activity streaks unlocks bonuses and benefits as a reward for your consistent participation.

In return for scanning all your household’s shopping, you will be rewarded with ‘Weekly Points‘, plus ‘Bonus Points‘ for consecutive weekly scanning. Also, extra points can also be earnt by choosing to answer our online surveys, which we will email from time to time.

All these points can be saved up and then exchanged against a wide range of popular gift vouchers, which are listed in our online member Reward Catalogue.

Once a week, the shopping information you would have scanned will be collected from you automatically, via your device, at no cost to you. This scanning information will then be combined anonymously, along with the rest of our Shopping Panel’s data.

Specific analyses will then be carried out on the Panel’s “whole pot” of shopping information which then provides important facts and trends to many different manufacturers, retailers, non-profits, and governments. Consequently, these entities can adapt to consumer preferences, reduce resource consumption, excess production, and waste, thereby promote a more sustainable commerce for all.
