Switching to a new Smartphone?
No problem! You can continue participating in the panel seamlessly. Just download the NielsenIQ Consumer Panel app on your new device. After installation, tap “Sign In” and identify yourself using your phone number or email address. You’ll be ready to resume scanning right away.
Accidentally deleted the App?
Don’t worry — it’s easy to get back on track. Simply re-download the NielsenIQ Consumer Panel app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device. Open the app and tap “Sign In” to identify yourself and continue participating.
